Excellent service and fast response
My water heater gave out and spilled water all over the basement. Someone from Wildcat was able to arrive within 30 minutes and had a new water heater installed within 3 hours, which was great. When taking out the old one it leaked some water across the basement concrete, at the time it just looked like normal water so we thought nothing of it but as it dried it left a trail of orange rust stains (?). I contacted Wildcat and they were immediately apologetic and they got people out to clean the next day. It now looks good as new. Camilo in particular was excellent in communication. I really appreciate the level of service and the speed of response and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Great service. Called with a need to change out my hot water heater quickly as it was leaking, and they were able to book same day. Expertly installed and cleaned up afterward, all in a very timely manner. I wasn't sure if I'd have to take the day off work, but they only took a couple of hours at best. Highly recommend.

Helpful and quick service from Wildcat
I contacted Wildcat Plumbing on Saturday after my hot water heater stopped working. After entering my details for a callback, I was called a short while later. The woman I spoke with from Wildcat (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and managed to squeeze us in for Monday morning at the earliest time. On Monday, Camilo came out to diagnose our issue. He walked me through our options, which were a little more complicated by a warranty and trying to source a more direct replacement. He was able to find a replacement, returned Tuesday morning, and we were up and running again by the early afternoon. I would recommend using them and will be using them again for any other issues.
