Excellent service and fast response
My water heater gave out and spilled water all over the basement. Someone from Wildcat was able to arrive within 30 minutes and had a new water heater installed within 3 hours, which was great. When taking out the old one it leaked some water across the basement concrete, at the time it just looked like normal water so we thought nothing of it but as it dried it left a trail of orange rust stains (?). I contacted Wildcat and they were immediately apologetic and they got people out to clean the next day. It now looks good as new. Camilo in particular was excellent in communication. I really appreciate the level of service and the speed of response and would absolutely use them again in the future.
