Not only is Camilo an excellent plumber, he is a true professional. He and his office are extremely responsive and communicative, which goes a long way in this business. When he came to the door, he presented his card, introduced himself, and explained what he was there to do before asking to enter the house, which made my wife feel at ease and comfortable. He quoted us different options for fixing our water heater and then completed the work the same day. On another job he did for us, he took it upon himself to coordinate with our house cleaner who was scheduled for the same day and made sure they knew when he'd be turning the water back on so they could do their work. Not only will you have your plumbing work done to excellent quality, but you'll leave feeling like you were treated respectfully by a professional.

Helpful and quick service from Wildcat
I contacted Wildcat Plumbing on Saturday after my hot water heater stopped working. After entering my details for a callback, I was called a short while later. The woman I spoke with from Wildcat (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and managed to squeeze us in for Monday morning at the earliest time. On Monday, Camilo came out to diagnose our issue. He walked me through our options, which were a little more complicated by a warranty and trying to source a more direct replacement. He was able to find a replacement, returned Tuesday morning, and we were up and running again by the early afternoon. I would recommend using them and will be using them again for any other issues.
