Helpful and quick service from Wildcat
I contacted Wildcat Plumbing on Saturday after my hot water heater stopped working. After entering my details for a callback, I was called a short while later. The woman I spoke with from Wildcat (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and managed to squeeze us in for Monday morning at the earliest time. On Monday, Camilo came out to diagnose our issue. He walked me through our options, which were a little more complicated by a warranty and trying to source a more direct replacement. He was able to find a replacement, returned Tuesday morning, and we were up and running again by the early afternoon. I would recommend using them and will be using them again for any other issues.

Problem resolved on the same day
I had a drain plug stuck in the closed position. No water could drain, making the bathroom sink unusable. I made an appointment this morning with Wildcat Plumbing, and in the afternoon Carmelo arrived right on time. He inspected the problem and solved it on the same day. He was great, very knowledgeable, and he did his work while I was on work calls in the other room. I thought I would be stuck with this problem for days while I tried to get someone to come and fix it. I'm very happy to call and have this problem resolved on the same day.

Amazing experience with Camilo at Wild Cat Plumbing! After our water heater burst on a Saturday morning, we were in a panic, but Wild Cat was able to get someone out to us right away. Camilo was professional yet personable, he didn’t try to upsell us but helped us pick the best products for our home, and he worked quickly and cleaned up beautifully. We could not have asked for a better experience and while we hope we don’t have plumbing needs in the future, if we do we know who to call.
4/26/25 update! When we found ourselves with a slow leak under the kitchen sink, we knew exactly who to call! Wild Cat sent over Camilo once again and it was like seeing an old friend. He walked us through the issue and thoroughly explained the repair. He again didn’t try to upsell us and helped us determine the best option. Plus, our cat really liked him, so that has to say something.
